POLICIES AND PROCEDURES

It is an honor to be the groomer to care for your pet, and we want you to know that we will care for them as if they were our own. These safety procedures are in place to better protect ourselves, so that we can continue helping more pets with their grooming needs.

Here are some of the documents we will require for first visit and certain situations when the pet needs some extra attention.

Policies: Files

NEW CLIENT AND PET FORM

This new client form is required for any new pet receiving services. We have to make sure we have enough information to get in touch with you while your pet is in our care.

SENIOR PET RELEASE FORM

This release form is for the older pets that come in to be taken care of. They might have a more difficult time getting around or have a preexisting condition that needs to be taken into consideration while they are in our care.

AGGRESSIVE / ANXIOUS PET RELEASE FORM

Grooming can be a stressful time for some animals and cause them to act out of character or just need some extra time with our groomers. This is for the nippers and anxious pets. Also includes a medicated area to fill out in case the pet needs a mild sedative for the grooming.

FELINE RELEASE FORM

Cats are very different from dogs, and for that reason only certain people are trained to work with them.

DISABLED OR MEDICATED PET RELEASE FORM

In case you have a special pet that needs a certain level of extra care, this form is for pets with missing limbs, paralysis, or preexisting medical conditions such as diabetes or Cushing's disease.

MATTED PET RELEASE FORM

Sometimes things get crazy and we just keep putting off grooming until it is too late to save some the pets hair. It can be dangerous grooming a severely matted pet because it is hard to tell what is underneath it, which is why we require this matted release form.

Disclaimer: If for any reason we are not able to assist with the grooming of your pet, we will help guide you in the next best direction.
